Privacy policy
Effective October 12, 2026. This notice describes the current website and limited business-analysis service.
1. Operator and contact
Expand With Me corp, based in India, operates ExpandWith.Me AI. Contact us at hello@expandwith.me for privacy questions and requests. We do not claim a registration number, certification, or office address on this website.
2. Information you choose to provide
The analysis interface asks for website text, optional website reference, business context, a growth question, budget and operational constraints. It does not crawl your website. Submit only information you are authorized to share; omit sensitive personal information, customer-level records, credentials and payment-card details.
When you email us or send an application through the existing audit endpoint, we receive the contact and business information you submit. A plan enquiry does not create a paid account.
3. Analysis processing and consent
When you expressly consent and submit an analysis request, our Cloudflare Worker sends the supplied context to Token Harbor and its routed AI provider using the model claude-haiku-5.5:free. This is a third-party gateway, not a direct Anthropic API connection. We use the response to prepare an AI-generated report. Independent market research and automated account actions are not included.
See Token Harbor’s privacy policy and terms. We have not independently audited its upstream routing, retention or training practices. Do not submit confidential information if you do not accept this processing. A rejected provider request may still have transmitted your inputs to the gateway.
4. Storage and retention
This application does not save analysis inputs or reports to an application database. They remain in the browser while the page is open, and a downloaded report is stored on your device. Cloudflare and AI vendors may retain operational records under their policies; we do not promise zero provider retention.
Emails and audit applications are retained in the operator’s Gmail mailbox for responding to enquiries, support and administration. Retention is reviewed in relation to that purpose, legal obligations and deletion requests; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is implemented.
5. Hosting, fonts and technical records
Cloudflare hosts the site and backend and provides email routing. The backend uses connection information such as IP address to enforce rate limits. Google Fonts is requested on page load and can receive your IP address and browser metadata. We do not include advertising pixels, session replay, or application analytics scripts.
6. Purpose and sharing
We process volunteered information to deliver requested analysis, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information is shared with the service providers needed for those purposes, and may be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell your submitted information or use it for automated marketing.
7. International processing
Cloudflare, Google and Token Harbor or its upstream providers may process information outside India. Their locations and protections are governed by their applicable contracts and policies. We do not offer an India-only data-residency guarantee.
8. Choices and requests
You can decline to submit an analysis request or email. Before processing, consent is given through the analysis form. To ask about access, correction, erasure or consent withdrawal, contact hello@expandwith.me. We may need to verify the request and will handle it in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawing consent cannot reverse a request already processed by an external provider. You may use complaint or regulator processes available under applicable law.
9. Payments and business use
Online checkout is not enabled, and this website does not collect payment-card data. A selected payment provider and relevant policy disclosures will be added before paid activation. This service is for adults conducting business activities; do not provide children’s personal information.
10. Updates
We will update this notice when data flows or available services change. The effective date above identifies this version. This notice does not assert a compliance certification or substitute for legal review.
