1. Operator and scope
Expand With Me corp, based in India, operates this website. Contact hello@expandwith.me. The site describes growth-planning services and offers a limited analysis interface, subject to provider availability. Accounts and paid subscription activation are not available yet.
2. Your inputs
You must be an adult authorized to act for your business and share the information you submit. Do not provide confidential customer records, credentials, or data you lack permission to process. Website text is treated as supplied context, not independently verified evidence.
3. AI output and review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Verify important claims and assumptions before acting. Growth opportunities are hypotheses to test, not guarantees of revenue, profit or demand. Reports are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice.
4. Provider availability
The current integration uses Token Harbor and the exact model claude-haiku-5.5:free. Availability depends on its access rules, quotas and free-model window. We do not silently move requests to paid models. Provider restrictions may prevent report generation.
5. Plans and payments
Displayed prices are USD monthly plan offers: Starter $49, Growth $149 and Studio $399. Online checkout is not enabled; choosing a plan or emailing an enquiry does not create a subscription or charge. Advertising spend, external services and applicable taxes are not included in plan prices.
Before accepting payment, checkout will disclose the selected plan, price, tax treatment, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Those terms are not yet active, and no unapproved refund window, jurisdiction-specific waiver or liability cap is implied.
6. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, fraud, misleading claims, privacy violations, unsolicited bulk outreach, abusive automated requests or interference with the service. Rate limits apply.
7. Content and actions
You retain your existing rights to supplied content. You must assess rights in any generated output; AI output may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright protection. This release does not publish campaigns, contact prospects, spend advertising budgets or change connected business accounts.
8. Access and applicable law
We may restrict access to address abuse, provider restrictions, security or legal requirements. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights remain unaffected. Any future paid contracting, dispute-resolution and limitation provisions will be disclosed before purchase rather than assumed here.
